Eniva describes their flagship product Vibe this way:

"The end result of the technology used in VIBE is an all-in-one liquid product unmatched in anti-aging properties as documented in scientific reports, studies and doctor-recommended publications."

Learn About the VIBE Nutritional

These are remarkable claims, but they also state that these claims are "documented in scientific reports, studies and doctor-recommended publications". The WWSN basically asked to see a few of those reports and studies, as a part of our standard due diligence. Eniva Compliance Officer Curt Cichanowski assured us that the company would be glad to answer any questions we might have, and so we presented our inquiries, sat back, and waited for some answers.

And we waited...

And waited some more...

And waited a little longer...

Until after waiting two months, we finally received an e-mail from Eniva CEO Andy Baechler that said:

"In our wonderful country anyone has the right to ask a question. However, that same privilege is accorded everyone to also decline to answer." - CEO Andy Baechler

He was essentially "pleading the Fifth Amendment". The Fifth Amendment protects witnesses from being forced to incriminate themselves. While our attempt to dialogue with Eniva regarding Vibe was certainly not a legal action of any kind, it is difficult to fathom why the company would choose to NOT share documentation, studies and reports they say they have that would validate the claims made for their flagship product. Not responding in a professional manner only makes one wonder what it is they are afraid we might find out!

When performing your due diligence on ANY company or product, not responding to inquiries is a major red flag, especially when the top CEO in the company declines to answer on the basis of his Constitutonal rights. Would you buy a car from a dealer who won't answer questions about the safety features of the vehicle? Of course not. No legitimate business refuses to answer questions about the products they sell.

Except for Andy Baechler and Eniva.
