Our first concern would be to verify if you do in fact have a "OneQwest.com" Internet kiosk in your lobby and secondly, what are the publicly available details regarding your motel's business affiliation with OneQwest.com and Mr. Phil Piccolo.

E-mail spam being generated by Phil Piccolo and OneQwest promoters are saying:

"OneQwest ALERT... 18,000... people joining on Thursday 3/28 get your loved ones in now...

Phil Piccolo has convinced a whole company with 18,000 active people in their database to join OneQwest. What does this mean for you... it means by next week you will have 20,000 more people in your POWER LEG... what does this mean for everyone in the system we are much closer to opening the other side of the power leg..."

"Coming Soon is The 3 x 10 Kiosk Matrix Income which comes from the sale of minutes purchased from the public to use the OneQwest Kiosks at the rate of 25 cents per minute (8 minute minimum). Estimated revenue per Kiosk feeding the 3 x 10 Matrix = $1,000 per unit netting up to $500 per Kiosk to the 3 x 10 Matrix averaging an estimated $2 per active position paid 10 levels up. You do the math... you have 10,000 active positions in your 3 x 10 ... 10,000 x $2 = ??"

"You could receive up to 5000 x up to $200 checks... hello that is Up to ONE MILLION DOLLARS and why did you qualify? BECAUSE you were part of The Power Leg that put over 50,000 under you even if you did not sponsor even 1 person personally to build The Power Leg side."

This kind of hype has lured thousands of unsuspecting Internet entrepreneurs into investing hard-earned dollars into programs such as this for Mr. Piccolo and many, many more (such as PRSI, Skybiz.com, BigSmart.com, and Equinox, just to name a few).

Certainly Howard Johnson's has no culpability in this regard, but we wish to verify the above mentioned details and to inform and educate you and others about the dangers inherent in being involved in or participating in one of these numerous Internet MLM pyramid schemes.
