WWSN Note: We sent this e-mail to Stephen A. Brown, Dr. Wayne Garland, and particularly to LifesMiracle.com President Steven Smith, hoping he would be able to provide us with answers we had failed to acquire from the other top leaders in the company:
![[Picture]]( dot_clear.gif) |
Hello, fellow seekers-of-the-truth!
It's been almost a week now and no further information has been received regarding Dr. Garland's curriculum vitae.
I asked Stephen Smith for some more facts about the company and it's suppliers.
No answers...
I asked Dr. Garland and the group for more details regarding his CV and some contradictions contained therein.
No answers...
I
responded in appropriate detail to Stephen Brown's emotional missive,
in which he wrote several personally offensive remarks and indulged in
numerous ad hominem attacks, but have received no apology or response
of any kind.
I have not asked for anything but facts and
information which should be readily available to any and all parties.
Why the delay?
I can only presume that since my perfectly
legitimate due diligence questions are not being answered, the answers
either do not exist or the facts are embarrassing and the company does
not wish them to be known.
A primary question which I would think that Dr. Garland would be eager and proud to respond to is:
Which
accredited educational institution granted Wayne Garland the honor and
right to call himself a "doctor", how many years did he study there,
exactly what degrees did he learn and earn, and specifically what kind
of a doctor is he? Since we have all seen photographs of Dr. Garland
with a stethoscope around his neck, it seems likely that he is a
trained medical doctor. If this is the case, then the good doctor
deserves our respect and admiration and he certainly has mine. But it
is not being disrespectful in the least to ask for details and
verification of his education and training.
The facts are
the facts and the truth is the truth. Isn't that what we're all after
here? Next week I plan to post a report of my findings in this regard
on the WorldWide Scam web site. I hope I will be able to post answers.
If not, I'll simply post the questions and encourage others to start asking them, as well.
With Peace and Love,
Bob WWSN

Steven Smith wrote back to ask if we had received the curriculum vitae he had sent us. And we replied (Steven Smith's comments are in purple):
![[Picture]]( dot_clear.gif) |
Hi, Steven-
Yes; I've received two versions. The first one was rather brief and incomplete,
but the second one had more detail and specifics. I am having somebody who
works at Cal Berkeley clean it up (CV) to make easier to read.
I have CC'ed you with all of the primary e-mail correspondence in this regard.
My last e-mail asking about " Rockford "
versus " Rockville "
University was a follow-up based on an obvious discrepancy between the two. I
can see a third party making an innocent mistake as to the name of the
university, but both versions of the CV were written in first person,
suggesting that Dr. Garland had authored them both. If I had ever attained a
PhD with honors at any institution, I can't imagine getting the NAME of the
college wrong when writing a description of my educational achievements in an
attempt to validate my credibility.
Nevertheless, I'm not making an issue of the error - I simply asked fr a
clarification. This is my fault for
not getting somebody to proof it
While I've got you here, could you please tell me exactly where Dr. Garland's
formulas are manufactured (the name and address of the facility)? Is this a
company that you, Dr. Garland or LifesMiracle own and manage or is it a second
party manufacturer that perhaps produces Dr. Garland's formulas to his exacting
specifications and then private labels them for sale through LifesMiracle.com? We have contracted with Boston
Labs in Arkansas .
They are FDA certified and follow a strict protocol. All I know is, that
LifesMiracle has exclusive to this formula and
Boston labs is doing a great job with
formulating this product. We do NOT market Chaga, only these capsules in a
bottle. Peter Kulish has assisted Dr. Garland as well, which is not a secret. I
have put my trust in their hands to create a product that is rich in super
foods. I wanted a product that could help build the immune system naturally. I
was told that one way to build is to balance the minerals in the body, and
extract heavy metals out of the body via Chelation Therapy.
I have invested a lot of
money to do the right thing and create that can feed the body what it wants.
I believe, if
you eat right, work out, and give yourself an extra boost of minerals and some superior
Ginseng, you will keep yourself stronger and get the body to fight off disease
way before it attacks the immune system. When I was going thru my Plumbers
apprenticeship program with Local 393 Plumbers union, I always would take my
vitamins and grow my own wheat grass and my Dad thought I was nuts. He always
said, what are you doing, growing grass and now your going to drink it? I just
laughed because I knew it was loaded with Chlorophyll and that would cleanse my
blood and bring me more oxygen, so I drank it and still do today at 49 years of
age (50 is around the corner, un-real).
I believe you need to
eat many vegetables, fruits, good protein. However, most people are not doing
this, mostly kids. Obesity is at an all high, which is not fait to the children
because they are being exposed to fast food restaurants. Parent have to work
two jobs to make ends meet and do not have time to always cook healthy meals
and the kids pay for it. I pray that we at LifesMiracle can help many people,
including the children, who deserve to have their brainwork at a higher level.
Hi, Steven-
Thank you for your help. As always, we're only looking for facts and the truth
and I have no predetermined opinions about the company, the products, or the
people involved. You and Dr. Garland have been quite friendly and helpful.
Stephen Brown is a little more emotional ;o) but seems to have good
intentions, as well.
We'll probably do better and accomplish more without his ad hominem attacks and
personal insults, I'm sure. It seems so out of character for a man who
professes such love, higher consciousness, spiritual awareness, and oneness
with God and the universe! I'm pretty sure you understand.
Bob:
Please read my message.
This is not powder puffed; it is I, an average person, wanting to bring an
honest product to fruition. 90% of health products do NOT digest in the system
and get passed thru. I feel we have something special and we need to take it to
the world thru word of mouth. Is their a better way than? If you stuck this
product on the shelf at Wall mart, it would sit there with everything else and
people would not know what to do. The clerk would NOT share any benefits or
truth about the product. The proof is in how people feel after they take it and
results do not lie.
I only ask that you treat
Dr Garland with kindness. He is a good person, and is sincere. He is not making
false claims. I am looking at his Doctor of Science degree, which I believe he
sent you a copy. He is NOT claiming to be a heart surgeon or using tricks and
gimmicks to get his message out. Most products out there do not have anything
more than average ingredients and I believe Dr. Garland has put his heart and
soul in this to give people a choice in vitamins and minerals, which is hi love.
I appreciate you looking
out for bogus products and exposing people who are ripping people off by these
crooked minds. I always said in the plumbing business, you pay me to do a job, and
then I will deliver, cut and dry! I know you have done sheetrock and
texture work as well, so you know what I am talking about. Hard work build
dignity, period!
Same with this business.
We are nothing big, just good people giving people their monies worth for a nutritional
product, which I have had passion for since I was young. |

Perhaps we were imagining it, but it seemed like Steven Smith was not willing to provide us with much information, either. He seemed to be dodging the questions and leaving out any and all details and specifics. So we wrote to him once again:
![[Picture]]( dot_clear.gif) Thanks for the additional information.
Do you have an address for "Boston Labs" in Arkansas? I couldn't find any links to it in a basic Google search.
Is Dr. Garland still affiliated with the "BeHealthyClub.com"?
That web site states that it is: and it gives Dr. Garland's phone number, saying it is a "division" of Master Formulas in Hot Springs.
http://behealthyclub.com/
The domain "behealthyclub.com" is owned by
Domain Name: BEHEALTHYCLUB.COM Created on: 27-Apr-05 Expires on: 27-Apr-08 Last Updated on: 12-Jun-07
Administrative Contact: Hendrix, Darrel darrel@metrowebteam.com Master Formulas, Inc. PO Box 3005 Hot Springs, Arkansas
71914 United States 5013180500
This company called "Vitasalus" in Troy, Michigan claims that:
Welcome to the new Master Formulas website, your ultimate source for
fresh, life-changing Wayne Garland Master Formulas and other new and
enhanced Master Formulas products.
Master Formulas has expanded and is now maintained and distributed by
Vitasalus/Equinox Products.
http://www.vitasalus.com/masterformulas/masterformulas.AboutUs.htm
They also give their name as:
Vitasalus/Equinox Products Office and Distribution Warehouse Troy, Michigan USA (Toll Free) 1-877-284-5042 (Outside USA) 248-585-8815
And
this would certainly make sense, knowing Dr. Garland's previous
affiliation with the Equinox company. This domain is owned by a Mr.
Robert Cloutier:
Administrative Contact: Vitasalusrobertcloutier@hot mail.com 1409 G-1 Allen Drive Troy, MI 48083 US 1-877-284-5042 fax: 123 123 1234
Technical Contact: Vitasalusrobertcloutier@hot mail.com 86 Executive Drive Troy, MI 48083 US 1-877-284-5042 fax: 123 123 1234
Mr. Cloutier also owns the domains "equinox-products.com" and "cancer choices.com" registered as:
Domain Name: CANCER CHOICES.COM
Administrative Contact, Technical Contact, Zone Contact: Nu-Gen
Nutrition, Inc. Robert Cloutier 1301 Rankin Troy, MI 48083 US (248)761-2150 robotized@hot mail.com
So
a company called "Nu-Gen Nutrition, Inc." is also involved. None of
these connections are bad ones and they don't imply anything good or
bad about LifesMiracle.com. I'm simply trying to understand the business
connections.
There are other companies listing their address as
"1301 Rankin", so obviously, Vitasalus/Equinox does not own the entire
building and probably leases their manufacturing, warehouse, and
office space.
Another Internet source gives an address for "Master Formulas at:
Brand Name Owner: MASTER FORMULAS, INC. Brand Name Owner Address: 889 S. Rainbow Blvd., Suite 137 La's Vegas NEVADA 89145
This is obviously
just a drop box address:
Mail Store & More 889 S Rainbow Blvd La's Vegas, NV 89145 Phone: (702) 259-8630
Dr. Garland's home address is listed as:
207 Spencer St Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901-7742 (501) 321-3549
The "company" address is obviously another drop box in Hot Springs:
Master Formulas, Inc. PO Box 3005 Hot Springs, Arkansas 71914
Is
there actually an established office with a postal street address where
office, sales, and fulfillment services are maintained?
And where does "Boston Labs" fit into this confusing matrix?
I'm
sure you investigated these issues thoroughly before getting involved.
Will you please share some of your own due diligence in this regard?
Thanks.

We couldn't imagine how anyone would choose to invest their money, time, and reputation in a new company with a revolutionary new product without doing some of the basic research we had done in just a few hours time. In spite of his earlier involvement as a primary investor in Lifewave, Mr. Smith seemed to be an honest, ethical and intelligent individual. Surely he had come across some of this same information and had asked some of the same questions we were asking now.We were about to find out!
