The Court also issued an order immediately prohibiting any and all solicitations using in any way the name OneQwest, the domain names oneqwest.com or oneqwest.net and any other trademark, service mark, corporate name, trade name, domain name or any other material containing the names OneQwest, oneqwest.com, or oneqwest.net in any style or any other name or mark that is confusingly similar to OneQwest.

IF YOU ARE A ONEQWEST MEMBER OR CUSTOMER OR OTHERWISE ASSOCIATED OR AFFILIATED WITH ONEQWEST, THIS ORDER APPLIES TO YOU, AND YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP ANY AND ALL SOLICITATIONS USING THESE NAMES. YOU ARE NOW ON NOTICE. ANY FURTHER ACTIVITY OF ANY KIND USING THESE NAMES COULD SUBJECT YOU TO SEVERE PENALTIES UNDER APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND STATE LAW.
