The Best of Intentions?
[Picture]
Phil's goal with every new MLM scheme he cooks up is to make YOU as much money as possible. He wants to make YOU a millionaire. His stated motto is:
"Care More About The People And The Money Will Hunt You Down!"
[Picture]
Phil says he's going to spend his own money to get YOU free leads so that YOU can get-rich-quick. His 2001 "TwentyTeam.com" web sites states that:
[Picture]
"Phil is investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in the purchasing of leads to GIVE to his downline at NO cost to prepare for his multi-million dollar Magneflow TV infomercials which will hit the airwaves and attract THOUSANDS into the Twenty Team organization..Millions all over the world will view these infomercials and hundreds of thousands will join..."

Unfortunately, he never invests "hundreds of thousands of dollars", there are no leads, there are no infomercials, nobody views them because they never happen, nobody joins, and the program inevitably fails. After each and every crash and burn that Phil is a party to, once the smoke clears, the only one getting rich is Phil Piccolo.
[Picture]
Phil then takes six months to a year off while he devises a new but similar scheme designed to empty your wallet and drain your bank accounts, usually involving his bogus "Magneflow Magnets" that he's been selling for more than ten years now. When his new MLM scam is ready to launch, he begins sending out his trademarked e-mails with a variety of huge fonts, lots of yellow text highlighting, and plenty of prayers and promises, but first of all - his apology. Here's his most recent plea for forgiveness:

[Picture]
The first thing Phil wants to do is personally apologize to you and ask your forgiveness for what happened with 4-E, aaTCM and Omstar D-1280x. 2006 was a HUGE disaster and full of mistakes and miscalculations -- absolutely the worst in his 30 year career. Without going into a lot of detail, we can assure you that Phil has shared and experienced the pain of loss that has been felt by those of you who have lost big over the last year and a half.
[Picture]
Phil borrowed hundreds of thousands of dollars from his parents as well as his in-laws, got into nearly a million dollars of credit card debt, put second and third mortgages on his home and even borrowed ridiculous amounts of money at the highest interest rates possible.
[Picture]
Phil often writes these dramatic pleas as if he were a sympathetic friend, his mother or maybe his pastor, since he realizes his OWN credibility went into the toilet many years ago. The other problem is that Phil has used so many aliases over the past ten years that he may not even know for certain which character he is supposed to be playing at any one time. You may have seen Phil Piccolo posing as "Johnny d'Angelo, Johnny Dangelo, Phillip Angelo P., Joseph Stevens, Don Johnson, and Felix Angelo" and many others. Besides, you may recall that Mr. Piccolo decided to RETIRE from MLM last January, when he stated unequivocally that:
[Picture]
"As of January 31, 2007 I am retiring from MLM and will no longer be involved
with any MLM company... I am totally and completely finished with the MLM Industry."
[Picture]
Another ruse, it seems. Apparently when Phil announced that he was going to retire, what he really meant was:
[Picture]
Phil went into HIBERNATE MODE for ONE YEAR while
looking for The NEXT BIG ONE...
The one where he will pull out all the stops
[Picture]
PHIL's new system is so incredible and so profitable that it
will dwarf anything he has ever done in his 30 year career
[Picture]
Phil always builds a BASE GROUP of 3000 people and then
puts the meddle to the peddle and goes for the record...
[Picture]
It's a rare moment of honesty and clarity when Phil says that he "puts the meddle to the peddle and goes for the record". Nobody "meddles" better than Phil; now if we only knew what a "peddle" was...
[Picture]
Still find it hard to believe that one man could be so obviously dishonest and disingenuous, time and time again? Then take a look at a similar "apology" letter Phil authored back in 2001 to members of his "ReferEveryone.com" scam. This was intended to be used as a phone script to entice former ReferEveryone.com victims into Phil's next big MagneFlow Magnet MLM scheme:

Phil?s Letter To ReferEveryone.com Members

( Prospect) This letter is dated March 22, 2001, listen close. (Read with some Emotion Loud & Clear!)

Dear Former Refer Everyone .Com member, This is Phil Piccolo , the former President and founder of the program. Last year you along with 60,000 other people entered my down-line with the hopes of earning extra income from home and like you , I was very disappointed. You never made an income and for that , I apologize. I know many of you worked very hard and although much of it was beyond my control, as a man of my word I feel the need to make it up to you..
[Picture]
As you may know, I was the supplier of one of the appliances that was offered thru Refer Everyone.com. Just a short time ago , I completed an agreement with a Stable , reputable company that has agreed to make my product one of their own. My original plan with Refer Everyone.com was to launch National TV Infomercials and National ads to promote the appliance. I am following thru on that promise today. I will invest over 2 million dollars over the next 3 years to help a new down-line realize an income. The least I can do is to offer all former Refer Everyone.com members the FIRST chance at qualifying for positions . This offer is being extended before my Television infomercials hit the airwaves and the masses join. A team member will be contacting you to listen to a short 5 minute personal message from me to you with all the details.
[Picture]
Again, please accept my sincere apologies, and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

God Bless You,
