| WWSN Note: Here is Phil Piccolo's proposal sent to the WWSN on Friday, July 19, 2002- Bob Remember when I was going to start Refereveryone.com a few years back. I e-mailed you and said Bob from your standards I want to make refereveryone.com a squeaky clean site and want your advice and you did go along with that... you even took my name off the WWSN now i am coming to you and want to turn my lemon into a lemonade... here is my offer i want you to be on the refereveryone.com board at $1,000 a week and if you for any reason think that i am playing around here i will pay you for as many weeks in advance as you see reasonable... don't consider this a payoff I want you to keep this so clean that you will advertise it on the WWSN site... you may not like some of the things i have done but at this time i do not have one single unhappy client... and the ones you sent me refunds are in the mail or already have been received... and out of all the ruckus you stirred up it has been about 5 all together... Again i want everything i do to be clean and am willing to have you scrutinize it from the inside out... you can call me or e-mail me... but i want a 100% clean act here and who better than to criticize but someone who does not like you... Bob... it's a $5 deal and it is supporting 3 programs that are 100% squeaky clean... and 100% good and very competitive with the marketplace... and all of them are 100% free to start with and to hang out in until they choose to activate... even refereveryone.com will be free for much of the benifits... so join me and do good by people and as i said i will pay you $1000 a week to be a consultant and advertise on your site.... but only after you yourself are 100% satisfied with what i am doing with refereveryone.com bob most of my income does not come from mlm it comes from supplying mlm companies with products like my magnets and direct sales like my paylessforproducts.com site...
i do want to be a force for good...
In spite of what you think I am doing a lot of good by a lot of people...
WWSN Note: Here is our unedited response, in its entirety-
Hi, Phil-
Geez.....
One day you want to give me cancer and have a loved one die and the next day you want to
pay me $1,000 a week just to hang around.
If you actually had one single product for sale, I might be interested in acting as a consultant. But it's all
fantasy and vaporware stuff - the majority of what you sell is just empty dreams and false promises.
The Kiosks and the Internet minutes don't exist and will never be used or implemented. The one Kiosk
in Deerfield Beach is an antique and is NOT the product advertised on the UNS1 site - it's a bait & switch
scam. The Internet minutes are just a vaporware front-loading operation.
The Power Health International program is another scam, and Kathy Seitan (she's known as Kathy "Satan"
to those who have worked with her in the past) is a liar and a slime ball. She called me on the phone and asked
for my help to STOP you and VanDeurzen from building third party downlines, all the while she was actively working
WITH you to do so!
NourishTheChildren is a NuSkin scheme to expand their downlines, sell food products for profit and make big
money from secondary "PAP System" style MLM promotional programs and downline building schemes.
"Helping Hands" looks even more transparent, with their only products being a couple of vaporware
educational courses and the "Kvar" unit. Nothing disgusts me more than people trying to get rich by
manipulating good people's concern for others - it's the lowest of the low.
The GECC looks to be just another debit card money game. And the PAP System, preregisterforfree.com, and
all the similar online programs you own and sponsor are blatant recruitment commission schemes. They are ILLEGAL!
And I don't want to be a party to your activities in any way.
I will do ONE thing, though, Phil. And I'll do it for free.
Send me the names and contact info for the people you have sent full refunds to. If I can
verify this information, I will publish that - while I do not endorse your activities - you ARE issuing refunds
to people who ask for them. This gesture may help build confidence in your programs. If you truly believe
that you are not promoting scams and illegal activities, you should be willing to refund anyone's money.
After all, it is THEY who will lose out when your grand designs reach fruition.
Bob WWSN Note: We have yet to verify ANY refunds allegedly made by Mr. Piccolo, but are attempting to contact victims for further information. If we ARE able to verify that such refunds are actually being paid, we would advise anyone and everyone to request a refund as quickly as possible. And don't make the same mistake twice! |
