Hi, Phil-
Have you made an appointment with a doctor or clinic yet? Please hurry
- I believe you require
urgent attention. Have you talked with your wife and family about some
sort of intervention? You
are undergoing a personal crisis and need their love and support.
I cannot be responsible for people who do not read my instructions or
your personal request
accurately. You asked for help:
"BOB find me the people I have directly wronged by them losing their
money..." - Phil Piccolo
I posted your request publicly, along with your unedited prayer - in
its entirety - as you asked me to.
You denied being in the "Steps to Success" MLM scam; but I have e-mail
on file with sources which states:
"Piccolo also was in Steps to success a few
years ago (about 4) another
scam and others too, he is like Fobair, relentless
and ruthless and a big
ripoff that is all I have on him"
Phil, can you tell the truth about ANYTHING?
As far as I know, you were not involved with "Future Vision", but as
for "NuSkin",
Rod Cook with the "MLM Watchdog" says:
"Actually
I think Piccolo still has a position in NuSkin from years back....the Rat
Pack
started with
NSA ....to Nuskin ... to the World" - Rod Cook
So let's review some of the other responses we have received and
some of the other MLM pyramid
scams you have been involved with. Don't forget your e-mail to me from
two years ago:
From: Philpiccolo@aol.com
5/28/2000 3:24 PM
Subject: Re: hello bob
To: info@thesurfboard.net
"no thank you BOB... i now truely believe in your awesome insight...
we have
learned from your comments and decided to give people everything
we use to
charge them for for free.... it works better....
as far as the other guys... kick their ass.... i can't wait to get
my day in
court with them" - Phil Piccolo
The "other guys" you mention, were your current partners in scam at
OneNetPlace.com,
Patrick Sampley and friends. You wrote on 3/10/2000 10:48 AM:
"After giving those characters every chance in the world to
pay back only partial of what was lost, I have reach my end. Yesterday,
I
retain an attorney in Broward County and plan on taking every legal
action
possible. I will pursue not only in a civil court but every other
legal means
possible. What makes these multi-millionaires think that a person
who goes
into a 7-11 and robs $50 go to jail. But hide behind an opportunity
and
outright rob hundreds of thousands and not even say they are sorry."
- Phil Piccolo
You said I was right about "thewwwlink.com" on 7/11/2000 5:32 PM:
"Bob
Thank you my life is very stressed on a personal level and your
letter came at
a good time. It lifted my spirits. Yes, I will write a apology letter
to
X.X. And yes it is her consious to pay the $5,000 back.
I will not
write the letter based on the $5,000 owed but because you are right
it is my
Christian obligation to do so....
Phil Piccolo"
Of course, you never wrote that letter, you never sued OneNetPlace.com
and you never wrote me the story behind "thewwwlink.com" scam you were involved in like you promised.
Lie after lie after lie.
So let's take a look at a couple of the responses and e-mails we have
received at the WWSN about your various MLM activities:

I joined Oneqwest 3/1/2002 and paid to phil and oneqwest all up $3537.74
NZ. That is a lot of money
for us down here in New Zealand, especially since I loaned it to get
me a business online, having lost
my job. I have not received any monies in this venture yet. Phil knew
that I was not very financial and
that I was hoping this investment would help us fix our leaking roof.
Your advise would be appreciated
Thank You - Robyn

Phil told me he didn't think I had any place to call him a scam artist
and didn't I think it was very rude to
do so? I told him I didn't see it as rude for me to tell him
that, particularly since the FTC considers him
a scam artist. He wanted to know why I would say such a thing
and I asked him if he had actually
LOOKED at the internet lately...enter his name in a search engine and
the results are primarily negative,
the rest are simply advertisements. Following this verbal confrontation,
Phil proceeded to sell me on yet
ANOTHER of his "businesses" and proceeded to tell me that he would
not EVER be involved in a
business that did not help children (or something to that effect);
the sales pitch he offered began with
asking me whether or not I have children and then telling me that 26,000
children would not wake up
tomorrow because they have starved to death and asking me if I was
aware of that horrific number.

Bob, this man is despicable! I want your website viewers to be
made aware of every aspect of this
"man's" ridiculous behavior! The WWSN does a fabulous job, and
I wanted you to know what this
guy is saying to those of us who confront him.
Thank you for your help and for getting the word out there about this
guy.
If need be, you may post any portion or all of this email on your site,
exclusive of my email address
or last name. You may use my first name, last initial, city and
state or any combination of those things.
Thank you again! - Marci S.

Thanks to Bob Burtis at WWSN for this opportunity to vent!
I have been in the home based business "field" and self employed for
many, many years.
I first heard of Phil Piccolo over 10 years ago when he and his son
were ripping people off for
over $299 with a program called "Steps For Success": Since then I have
'run into' Phil Piccolo
on numerous, numerous rip off schemes including recently internet kiosks
"OneQwest" and now
the Tony Little deal with Power Health.
Phil operates as an illegal pyramid scheme anywhere he goes. I even
spoke to him once.
Every time I run into Phil I shrug my shoulders and wonder why this
guy hasn't been jailed for
life. I guess he keeps moving around?
The abhorrent method of how he charges hundreds and thousands of dollars
to the naive public
for pre build "downlines" of fake distributors takes the term RIP OFF
and makes it almost a
pittance to the fraud and corruption and tens of thousands of people
Piccolo has ripped off
over the years. Please find and jail this man once and for all.
Thanks! - A Concerned Friend!

It looks like UNS1 may be putting the heat on Phil Piccolo. I
read at MLM Watchdog that
UNS1 was "cleaning up their act" and they may be putting heat on poor
Phil.
That is why he asked you to find for him people who were ripped off
by him.
As for the claims that "God will judge you", I would take those with
a grain of salt.
If he actually prays that prayer, it will most likely come back on
him 100 fold. And
you can take that to the bank. You see, God really does answer those
prayers, and woe to
those whose hands are unclean!

Bob,
I think that threat of Phil's is worth talking to an attorney about....
how dare he threaten you or someone you love that they are going to
die.....I would take that
as a death threat..........he is such a pathetic jerk.
I know people he has screwed and I'm e-mailing them tomorrow.
- Linda

I cancel Piccolo's curse on you-I reverse it and send it back where
it
came from. I pray that God will bless you and everyone close to you
with
prosperity, protection, and a long, healthy life.

Oh my good heavens...........
First of all - in fact I don't even know where to start - he is insane.
I
am not using this word lightly. He would be diagnosed by a psychiatrist
without question and probably some institutionalization would be
recommended. And at the very least serious medication.
And the grammar and punctuation Bob..... this has always been a source
of
amazement to me.
And then again, the cancer thing is such a sign of a crazy person that
maybe
it would be worth printing the email and emphasizing that part.
The more I think about it I know if I were being hauled into this scheme
and
I read an email invoking the bible and then using cancer in the way
he did,
I would pull back very quickly.

We've got more on file - all with sources and detailed information.
And more are coming in
by the hour. Now let's review some of the MLM scams you have promoted
throughout your
seedy career:
Step To Success - (see above)
NuSkin - (see above)
One Source WorldWide Network -
Working with Jim Fobair, you sold the phony Laundry CD and those dopey
shower magnets you STILL peddle to people - shut down by the FTC
Alphen -
"I
found out Phil was somehow implicated in a scandal with a company called
"Alphen". It was a MLM pet food company in Florida (originated in Toronto)
that went down after about 18 months."
"I had some very unpleasant dealings with him in 1994/95 in a pet food
business in
Canada. Are you aware of his track record since that time and why
is he still able
to operate? I thank you for you cooperation and look forward to your
information.
Maybe we can stop this guy before too many others get hurt."
Matol -
The company
was legit, but Phil used Matol to sell his phony shower magnets:
"Phil
has been contacted by Matol regarding the "Matol Magnets on his site.
He explained that his intention was to sponsor everyone who ordered a Matol
Magnet, into Matol."
NFL - NutritionForLife
"Unbelievable.
Phil Piccolo is raiding his own downline to put people into
Nutrition for Life. Phil Piccolo is Johnny T. I cannot tell
you how I
discovered this, but the evidence is beyond dispute. For example,
the
private telephone number for Johnny T is the same for Phil Piccolo.
There is
no Johnny T. He is the alter ego for Phil Piccolo. Phil is
a clever guy."
ReferEveryone.com -
A
do-nothing go-nowhere pyramid scheme to build Phil Piccolo a
huge database of names-for-sale in NFL and every one of his scams since.
"I was
told that if I joined with NFL, that I would be provided with hundreds
of free,
fresh
leads in order to promote the business, that Japan was opening, and yaddy,
yaddy,
yadda.
I was told that there were already over 100,000 fresh leads from
Refereveryone
that were specifically being used for NFL."
"Please stop
refereveryone.com and look into what I am telling you. Since I have joined
them, I have
gotten over 5 phone calls from people promoting NFLI, Nutrition for life
international.
The person I finally talked to last night admitted to me, refereveryone
is just
a lead to get
people to join NFLI!!!!!!"
thewwwlink.com -
Your OneQwest.com partners
from OneNetPlace.com were also your
pals in "thewwwlink.com"
scam, along with your buddy Jim Fobair:
"I can assure you that
Kevin Johnson, Billy Okeefe, Patrick Samply, Mike
Reed and Clynch Sally
are going to give you their best to make thewwwlink
become the number
one product value and opportunity in the world."
These are the same
guys are said you were going to sue for millions after the scam collapsed.
LOL!
United Sports Direct and Broward County -
"The story is that Phil Piccolo
had peddled this
same stuff with a
deal called United Sports Direct, based in Atlanta, that is bankrupt or
nearly so
after taking people's
money. They have apparently placed it under another company.
Check out Piccolo's
history (you most likely already know) with Broward
County enforcement
authorities. The guy moves very quickly and changes phone
numbers. He does stay
in Florida for the most part."
Amway -
"I had been burned
personally by Piccolo for three thousand dollars. I
have experienced personally
his lack of ethics and unsupported statements.
We are aware of his
thick file with the enforcement authorities in Broward
County, Florida. I
have not seen the file personally but have it from a
trusted source. It
goes back some years and we understand it has been added
to. That needs to
be confirmed. Piccolo was one of the first distributors
kicked out by Amway
after repeated warnings for unethical practices. He has
misrepresented himself
for obvious reasons."
TheTwentyTeam.com -
"Phil Piccolo is an
8 time million dollar earner in the Network Marketing Industry.
Phil will become
the first NFLI distributor in history to reach the top level of
PRESIDENTIAL
in less than 6 months! The "Master Twenty Team" members
were carefully
selected to assist in accomplishing this goal. Phil is investing hundreds
of thousands
of dollars in the purchasing of leads to GIVE to his downline at NO
cost to prepare
for his multi-million dollar Magneflow TV infomercials which will
hit the airwaves
and attract THOUSANDS into the Twenty Team organization..
Millions all
over the world will view these infomercials and hundreds of thousands
will join...Get
positioned and assist us in contacting the FREE leads before Phase 2 (Infomercials)begins!"
OneQwest.com
PAP System.com
PreRegisterForFree.com
Power Health International
TravelAgent99.com
NourishtheChildren.com
I'm sure there are many, many more, Phil, but it all gets quite tiresome
after awhile. You
can lie and lie and lie, but your Internet history will not go away.
The documented evidence against your lifetime career of scams, threats,
intimidation, lies, and phony religion, is overwhelming and incontrovertible.
This document will be posted on the WWSN home page shortly.
I repeat, Phil - this has never been personal - I do not hate you -
I hate the sins you commit and the evil you do. Please seek immediate medical attention. You need
help.
Peace and love and may Jesus forgive you,
Bob Burtis
