What does someone get for their $495?

WWSN Note: We received this e-mail last week and it asked some interesting questions about YTB (Your Travel Biz) that we couldn't answer. Perhaps these are questions that YOU should be asking, as well, especially now that Phil "The One Man Internet Crime Wave" Piccolo has committed the next five years of his life to this program...

I had a friend ask me about YTB the other day who wants to join - a BIG networker.

He asked, "WHY people are joining YTB?" and "WHY did I leave?"

I couldn't tell him why people were joining - can you help?

If YTB can't issue TRAVEL AGENT ID CARDS any longer and a person can use the TRAVELOCITY website for FREE rather than paying $50 a month - why should a person join? He went on to tell me about YTB loosing all of their VENDORS like RCL and others- is that true?

If they are not compliant with the new FTC regulations and never will be - why would people join?
